On 13 December 2025, Eagles Football Academy will host one of the most important and beloved events of the year: The Eagles Awards 2025 & Santa’s Arrival. This annual celebration brings together players, families, coaches, partners, and supporters in an evening dedicated to achievement, unity, and the spirit of the Eagles community.

Held across two locations — Sudbury Primary School (HA0 3EY) and Cornelius Restaurant (N8 7QD) — the event is expected to welcome over 300 guests for a memorable celebration designed to honour the hard work and dedication demonstrated by our young athletes throughout the year.

A Special Guest: Emil Săndoi

This year, Eagles Football Academy is proud to welcome Emil Săndoi as the Guest of Honour.
A legendary figure in Romanian football, Săndoi represented Romania at the 1990 FIFA World Cup, played a crucial role at Universitatea Craiova, and later managed the Romania U21 National Team, helping shape the careers of many emerging talents.

Known for his discipline, leadership, and integrity, Emil Săndoi is an inspiration to young footballers worldwide — and a perfect role model for the Eagles family.

During the event, he will participate in a photo and autograph session, meet players and parents, and share motivational insights drawn from his remarkable football journey.

Santa’s Arrival – A Magical Moment for Our Young Eagles

A highlight of the event will be the arrival of Santa Claus, bringing joy to our youngest players. The atmosphere at Sudbury Primary School will be filled with festive cheer, laughter, and unforgettable moments for children and families alike.

Celebrating Excellence at the Eagles Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony will recognise outstanding players from all age groups, celebrating not only performance, but also effort, improvement, sportsmanship, and discipline.
